A pasture-raised Whole Duck is a treat, whether it's a Thanksgiving duck or a Sunday supper. Roasting it at home is simple, and if you baste it throughout, you’ll end up with crispy skin so good that everyone will be standing around the pan to grab a piece. You can also let it slow-cook in the crock pot and shred the meat for incredible tacos.
