Our beef is dry aged for 21 days for exceptional tenderness and is processed in a USDA inspected facility.

Every cut is dry-aged for 21 days to maximize tenderness and deepen flavor. We offer a full range of cuts including grass fed beef soup bones, grass fed stew beef, grass fed london broil, grass fed skirt steak, and grass fed beef subscriptions through our Monthly Meat CSA.
