You’ve been asking for Whole and Half Beef, so we’ve partnered with a trusted local beef farm to help you stock your freezer with pasture-raised Black Angus beef.

These cows are born and raised in North Carolina, humanely cared for, and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. They’re rotationally grazed and receive supplemental farm-grown grains and certified Organic minerals. We dry-age the beef for exceptional flavor and tenderness.

We serve the Triangle and Central North Carolina, with Whole and Half Cows available for pickup at our farm in Hurdle Mills.
