Turkey Leg Quarters

Our pasture-raised Turkey Leg Quarters are a generous, bone-in dark meat cut. Braise them slowly in red wine or roast them and serve with gravy.

Our pastured turkey is always:

• Grazing, foraging and gobbling it up with their turkey friends
